Pesimo servicio.

This TA Travel Center has plenty of space and overall it’s a decent stop for the road. The pizza is actually quite tasty, which is a nice surprise. That said, the restrooms could use more frequent cleaning, and the showers definitely need attention as well. Fuel prices here are on the higher side compared to other places. Customer service is friendly enough, but the cashiers could be more responsive and efficient—usually only one of the four registers is open, which makes the line move slowly. It would be great if management took some cues from newer travel centers: offering more flexible promotions and keeping facilities in better shape would really improve the experience.

Not a bad spot 4 a stop I’ve never had2 pay 4 truck parking ️ before. Must be a Kali thang. Can’t say I like it but it probably assures that there’s always a spot. Lots of truckers jus popped brakes in the area outside the lot. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa.

I came here yesterday only for an oil change. They told me it would take 4–5 hours, but I’ve been stuck here for 17 hours and nothing has been done! This shop clearly doesn’t respect drivers’ time or their word. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had to leave without service because of their total lack of responsibility. Never coming back here again-and I strongly advise other drivers not to believe their words or promises. Just don't cheat customers anymore!

I come to here to do the oil change and the Truck Stop for premium 5WO 30 they’re charging me about 600 something. Everything was all good with the premium service technician Diego. He was the one to do the oil change for me and to check with my tire pressure, I told him to do and instead of my tractor tire pressure do that trailer tire pressure I didn’t do it and he got mad and kind of insulting me and I’ve been here waiting for almost 15 hours inside the shop and the manager is trying to resolve the problem, but Mr. Diego is being so ignorant and he’s not listening to him so I hope the high ranking people can see my comments and kick him out of this shop and I will never come to this shop again because this technician is really rude and he’s not doing his job properly

Morning folks, too thee owner, I witnessed a hard working employee here, Rebecca from Taco Bell, was washing thee tables, like they are supposed to be. She blew my mind, she was doing as if we are still coming back from covid 19. That lady I think should be recognized. Professional working lady.
