This place has excellent customer service. All of the employees seem happy to be there and always smile. My AirPods weren't charging wirelessly so I took them in to this shop. They've been in a case since the day I got them and they were in pristine condition. When I picked them up, there was zero damage, scuffs or marks anywhere on the case. I dread the fact that I did not come to this store sooner. I am thankful that Best Buy is not an authorized Apple dealer because they are a chore to work with. I hate Best Buy and this place blows them out of the water!!

We have used Computer Hardware many times in the past decade. Laptop, desktop computer purchases, as well as iPhone repair, etc. They are fair, quick and the work is excellent. Specifically, I recently had a clogged port on my iPhone and couldn’t charge or connect to other devices. I called and they said to bring it in. I was there within the hour. They took it, cleaned out the debris and returned it to me within 10 minutes while I waited. There was no charge! This is the kind of customer care one receives at Computer Hardware. They have earned my loyalty because they deserve it.

I am truly impressed with the help I received at Computer Hardware. I was having trouble with password issues on my iPad with on my google account and Thomas solved it within minutes. He also was able to sync my email to my phone from my iPad which has never been able to work, several qualified people have tried. I’m very happy I stepped foot inside their door!

I had my iPhone screen fixed under warranty and was very impressed with the service. The repair was completed in just 2 hours, much faster than I expected. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Everything works perfectly now, highly recommend them!

Fantastic service, the staff was very kind and patient. They replaced the mesh in my phone speaker, and even installed my new screen protector and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. 10/10 would recommend.

Went to Computer Hardware after it was recommended by someone at Best Buy. They were absolutely wonderful. I dropped off my laptop with a broken screen on a Tuesday and picked it up that Thursday perfectly fixed. They were professional and did a wonderful job.

Five stars all the way! Computer HD died on Wednesday, necessitating a completely new HD that had to be installed - major surgery. They had it ready that Friday morning - less than two days! Some minor problems with the huge reboot were soon solved, and I'm really thankful they could get it done so fast! Much appreciated!
