If Google, would allow they would receive negative stars. DO NOT USE PACK RAT out of Orlando! First off, one of our boxes contained 4 dead kittens that were petrified to the bottom of the box. And there was a hole in our Wayfarer couch so not sure what else was in the couch. When I called to tell them, their customer service told me that it was my problem now and for all they know I could have put the kittens in there before putting my couch in. In addition, all of our boxes were covered with a layer of dirt and many items were broken and/or damaged. Their customer service is horrible and I scheduled our delivery/pick up on August for November and I was never called or emailed to tell me they canceled our pick-up because their warehouse was going to be closed! Do yourself a favor and call PODs in Orlando!

Robert was awesome! He arrived on time. He was very accommodating to our request for the location. And just like the pick up in St. Louis, Missouri, each driver was very cordial.

Robert "From Brooklyn" performed a marvelous job while delivering our container to Winter Haven, Florida. I must say, "Brooklyn" (as we decided to call him as), had a challenging job while attempting to place the container in our driveway. Our manufactured house is located at a veeery narrow street making it quite complicated for "Brooklyn" to maneuver the container. We were amazed on how he did it with skill and safety. He was determined to get the job done no matter what…..typical of a good Boricua from New York. We are grateful for his professionalism and customer service skills. Respect to "Brooklyn". Keep him around, and please consider giving him a raise and a bonus! - Virginia and Angel

Jose did a great accommodating our move. As you know, it can be stressful, but he and the pack rat team did a good job. They were efficient.

I ordered a storage container so I could reorganize my garage. I was able to order and pay online. I received a call from the office and then from the driver to confirm the delivery time. The container was delivered as promised. It was easily placed in my driveway and the driver was friendly and made sure the container was placed close to the garage. The pick up was just as easy with the same calls to confirm the time. This driver was also friendly. The container has a rubber seal around the doors and the handle has a spot for your own padlock. I think the one improvement I would like is a ramp so a hand truck can roll right into the container.

Capo is amazing! Professional and courteous. He did an awesome job delivering the PackRat in October 2023 as he has done today for pick up on September 14th, 2024!

Robert did amazing job dropping the storage bin. He is a good driver and will put that bin exactly where you like it to be. Thank you Robert.
