Every time I come to this pharmacy to pick up my medication, the wait is incredibly long. Even when there’s no car in front of me, I’m still stuck in line for 20–30 minutes before anyone even checks in. Today, I was sitting there with zero energy and sleepy eyes — exactly why I needed my medication — and still had to wait nearly 30 minutes without any acknowledgment. This has become a consistent issue, and unfortunately, I’ll be looking for a different pharmacy. Not a great experience.

Es mi segunda vez que voy y ella me atiende con la misma actitud de persona frustrada , afortunadamente el demás personal en farmacia son de primer nivel siempre dispuestos a ayudar de la mejor manera y con grande sonrisa…

Far better than CVS, CVS tried to commit insurance fraud. Told my Insurance I had picked up 5 prescriptions when I had not, submitted and was sent payment. I filed complaints, with insurance company, medicare, CVS, and California attorney general. Investigations proved I had not received my prescriptions, employees at 2 CVS, in Chula Vista, California, made horrendous mistakes, and marked my prescriptions as picked up and processed payment to my insurance company, It took 1 month for investigations and I was without medicines the whole time. CVS needs to be removed from the medicare prescription program.

This location is great. They always fulfill my online pick up orders so quickly! Always within 30 minutes. Customer service is great also.

Employees at this store are extremely helpful and greet me each time I go into the store. The younger kids working are extremely attentive and polite as well and the environment has a good energy ...five stars all day long !!

Whichever manager is in charge of this store's location does a poor job with marketing. The promotional materials are disorganized and confusing. For example, my colleague and I attempted to purchase a pack of sodas. We found three different promotional labels for the same product, but none of the advertised discounts were applied at checkout. We made our selection based on the labels. Additionally, the store's product selection is puzzling. They offer a wide variety of items like napkins, water, and towels, but no plates. This seems like a significant oversight.

Please clearly state on your website or here on your page that you will refuse to see patients without the use of a qr code. I set up an appointment for a simple flu shot and was refused to be seen because I didn't use codes. Even though she was clearly able to pull up my record and info on her computer. I wasted my time and fuel.
