Was informed of the process thru every step of the way. Pat was on back order. And I was told so. It was available exactly when advised. My car went in for the convertible roof replacement repair right away and the work was done professionally and timely. Kudos. Would recommend without reservation. Followup... a manufacturer issue on the convertible roof caused me some concern. I called Casullo's and they corrected the issue immediately. I repeat my previous statement. I would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Didn’t have to wait long for appointment. Staff is experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The removal and replacement of needed parts was done the day of the troubleshooting since parts were in stock. Even the bathroom was clean! Price was fair. This was my first visit. I’ll be back.

They did some upholstery work on my 11 year old Honda Accord and it looks like it just left the factory. So easy to get an estimate, schedule and the work is fantastic! Customer service was A+!

The staff went out of their way to fit me onto their schedule and add a hitch to my car just before the 4th of July holiday. This allowed me to take my new wave runner to the lake with my family. They did a great job, and the hitch looks perfect. I would highly recommend them.

Wow. Stellar service all around. Started my time with them at the warehouse. Joey was showing me the differences in boss and western and truly didn’t care which way I went as long as I was happy with it. The knowledge this guy has on his product was amazing to see. I chose a stainless western MVP3 with the LED upgrade. I was scheduled for install a few weeks out, however a week early they called and said they’d work me in. Three days later they called and said to come and get it. While picking it up today everything was quick and easy. Their head guy Frank took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the plow and all the mechanics of it. There are only two things I noticed. First was the amount of grease left on the chrome bumper and fog lights. Nothing a wash at Delta Sonic won’t fix but it was still visible. Second was the black plastic molding under the bumper. I know they have to cut it to mount the plow but there was some damage to the upper part of the molding where it meets the chrome bumper. Almost looks like the saw was rubbing against it for too long and scraped it up and creased it. If anyone wants to reach out for further explanation feel free. Overall I am impressed and will definitely return for any of my truck accessories or service.

A+ Fast, professional service at a fair price. Joe and team listened to my wants, and suggested a long lasting and permanent solution. Electric wiring on the aftermarket fog lights was kept tidy and neat-exactly what I was after. These guys know their stuff. Go to the pros. Will be back for future upgrades. Well done, thank you.
