Quick service. Plenty of room to back in. I arrived about 10:30 for a noon appointment. They put me in a door right away. Started loading before 11:00. Left before my 12:00 appointment time.
Arrived for delivery the evening before. Plenty of undisturbed bright city streets lights. Very safe overnight parking in the streets. Office was promptly open at 9am, drivers self check in on a one of two kiosk computer. Then you check in with one of the CSRs and promptly assign you a dock door or direct you to one of several warehouses near the main office. I was sent to a warehouse about 150 yards away. The gate opens by remote and unloading starts right away. The Staff, very well trained amazing great attitude towards us drivers. Other shippers/receivers should all be this way. Truck drivers, have a hard job. We do precision work based on sometimes unreliable data provided by those of questionable knowledge (dispatchers, brokers). When you deliver to a warehouse such as this one. It's like the icing on top of cake. THANK YOU DEL BRAVO STAFF FOR MAKING MY DAY GREAT, hope to be back again.

Para hacer check in hay que ir a la oficina y registrar en la computadora Después te atienden en el mostrador Alguien va y toma fotos de la traila si es directa y rompe sello Para salir es un caos
Great customer service, checked in and was assigned a door. Loaded in 35 minutes, I really do appreciate the professionalism that was put into dealing with my load. Thanks again for a great job.
Appointment at 3:00 got there 20 minutes before got a doc assigned loaded half at first warehouse sent to other warehouse close by, backed up to doc and out in 15 minutes. Over all about an hour and fifteen minutes total. Not bad 🙂
