Wow, this is by far the best place to load out of Laredo, Texas! Security guard was super friendly, Guys at the check in/out widow were so polite and fun to interact with. They offered us a chocolate snack! Ok that was cool! Got a door immediately, In and out so fast! Wish all places in the USA were this professional! Facilities were so clean inside and out! We pray the Lord Yeshua/Jesus bless the staff at US Cold Storage, that God would prosper this company! Truckers, Ray and Suzan

As other drivers stated, US Cold Storage is across from the Loves Truck Stop. However, DO NOT ENTER THE YARD DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE LOVES TRUCK ENTRANCE. They have a sign on their fence stating they will charge you $200 for entering their yard to make a Uturn. US Cold Storage entrance is the last entrance on the right in the culdesac. Drive down to the gate and have your pickup# ready (at the time of this review, the number begins with a 26). You'll also be asked for your CDL# and phone#. Security will give you a paper to fill out with more details of the load you're picking up. After security opens the gate, follow the road to the right and park next to the curb on the right ( do not block the employee parking lot entrance). Walk up the steps and ever the doors to the left. Says driver check-in. Have that paper filled out before approaching the window to make the process go smooth. You can either fill it out while parked along the curb, or there is a bench inside the driver check-in to fill it out inside. This is a one-way facility. When exiting, turn left and follow around the warehouse. Note, they are a bit slow in loading, so be patient and prepared. There are bathrooms inside where you check in as well as a vending machine. If you don't like sitting in your truck, they have picnic tables outside by the check-in office. Just keep your phone with you so you don't miss a call when they are done loading or unloading you. This is a handicap access facility as well. Plenty of room to back in without destroying someone's hood and bumper. Stay safe and please use garbage cans to throw trash in. Help keep America clean.

We always have an excellent experience at this facility. The staff is always professional, communication is clear, and our drivers are loaded and unloaded quickly without delays. In an industry where time and service matter, they really delivered. Highly recommend this US cold storage for their efficiency and reliability.

Door 16 .... It's always a pleasure to pickup up here ... They guys at office and security gate is very nice and patient. I would love for all the cold storages to be this nice. They even load with the doors close and seal it from the inside. Hope you all travel safe and arrive on time !!!!

Great ppl. George n Daniel are awesome guys. Got loaded way before my appt. They have free coffee n clean bathrooms. U can also stay overnight if needed
