Justin was so helpful. I’m a new rider and he clearly laid out the dos and don’ts on safety and best practices. He got me set up on a membership that allows me to save as I begin purchasing some big ticket items. All staff that were there was very knowledgeable in the needs of a new rider. Thanks guys!

The staff at Cycle Gear in Winston are great to work with. They are knowledgeable and very personable. I called in advance about getting an inner tube installed in a fairly difficult tire due to its width and rigid composition and it's on a 40 spoke smooth rim. They installed a new tube while I waited (I live over 30 miles away from them) and at an excellent price. My experience with them was very good. I will be using them in the future for all my bike tires. Did I mention great prices on tires and tubes.

Fantastic experience. Tyler walked me through everything I needed for new gear as someone really just stepping into the world. The military appreciation and membership discount were great added bonuses and make this an easy choice to shop in the future.

I drove out of my way to return a motorcycle mount that my grandpa had bought me. He had lost the receipt. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do until he found a receipt for it. I mentioned I was fine with store credit as their return policy states. Nope. Nothing they can do without a receipt. All I needed was to swap my motorcycle mount for the size bigger. I was told this as I’m standing in front of a sign with their return policy on it. This was my first experience with cycle gear and it will honestly be last. I wasn’t asking for anything other than to honor their own company policy.

Last week I was at an event and my visor got scratched. This was after I had passed on buying a spare visor I had found at another CG location in TN. I called the store here as it’s closest to my work and they had one in stock. Tyler held it for me as I was still several hours from home on another trip. This location has been a great addition to the area for motorcyclists needing gear and accessories. Based on the usual inventory I see every visit, my next helmet will come from this store
