I will never shop here again!!! About 6 months ago I bought 2 Batteries for my RV. Something wasn't right the batteries weren't charging and some other things weren't right. So I took it to my RV guy (Ron's RV) He tested everything then tested the batteries. Ron said WOW I've never seen this I've heard of it but never seen! The - was the + and the + was the -!!! I watched his test it several times. Went to Napa to exchange " they are expensive and have a year warranty " and Jon the assistant manager after exploring it to him looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about and said I've been a mechanic for years and that's just not possible. You must be wrong or something else is wrong because it's not the batterie. I told him you can test it and see for yourself he said there's no way to test it " theres that look again " and continued to tell me there was nothing he could do for me...... Went to Ron's RV and he said did he test it? No he told me there wasn't any way to test it. Called Cohasset Napa Raul the manager there said he had seen 1 before he exchanged it no problem also tested it and yes the - and + were switched.... Thank you Raul,,,

I was amazed at how helpful the information was that the guy working there gave me about bleeding my clutch. It is not their job to provide mechanics know how but he did and it helped me a lot and answered questions I had that helped me find the product I needed to get the job done
