Excellent storage place. The price is perfect and the building is spotless. Great service and very professional. I using Redwood City and Nilpitas location.

I came here to price and inquire about storage units. Jesse was awesome and showed me some options. The property was well maintained and clean. I will definitely consider StorQuest for my storage needs.

Ruby was excellent. Its so hard to review a facility when it comes to having one staff provided excellent customer service and the others don't do their best to keep up with it. Based on our experience with staff Ruby, I'll give this place 5/5 Stars because she's super friendly, provided excellent customer service to us, she is very professional, polite and very very helpful. Thank you soooo much sweet Ruby for your lovely and professional service to our family. Overall, I'll give the facility a 4/5 because the other staff needs more pro customers service.

Bit of a bait and switch with this one. They get you in with an introductory rate and they don't disclose upfront that it goes up an extra $100 after the first three months. It's not great business practice and will likely hurt them in the long term. I can't recommend them if you are looking to store for more than three months as their rates are not competitive with the local market for large vehicle storage.

Clean facility, but raised rent by 77% after 3 months, without disclosing that when I signed up, and then up to two more times in the first year. They claim that because it is a month to month lease, they don't need to tell you up front.

Got a Unit with Renee , She was very helpful and professional, she even set me up with Auto Pay so i wouldn't get any late fee's. I am Super pleased with my Unit at StorQuest. I will Recommend this Storage Facility to all My Friends and Family who may be in need of one. My only Upset was that the Unit was pretty pricey but worth it for the Cleanliness of the restroom and Large Facility with working Elevators and Mobile Carts that had working wheels. Thank you to Renee and her Friendly Staff who accommodated me promptly as a New StorQuest Customer. I Officially got my Gate Code the same day and began storing with Absolutely no issues.
