These guys are both fast and professional. They didn't need any paperwork they were able to look up my battery serial number to honor my battery replacement 100% it was a fantastic experience. Thank you guy's for all the superior treatment

Do not recommend this place at all … I spent over $4000 here on batteries for a 10 rack set up on my hydros blew a couple solenoid checked battery status. One was no good came back to replace on the 18 month warranty, but since their scanner seems to claim that it’s good They’re not honoring my warranty. I will never come back to this place to purchase a battery. Spoke with Mary I believe the sales manager told me to come in, but since the gentleman on the register, check my battery he went back there and spoke with her and she never even presented herself poor management poor service again. I do not recommend anybody to spend their hard-working money here if they cannot honor your warranty on a $4000 purchase and they cannot honor an 18 month warranty on a $350 battery sad Again, do not spend your hard-working money here go elsewhere

Great no hassle service, brought an interstate battery from Jiffy Lube in May 24, battery failed in May of 24, live 60 miles away in off grid property in mountains from jiffy where purchased Have gone back 2 times when having other business down the mountains both times no one on duty to deal with honoring warranty. Very frustrating so today went straight to local Interstate dealer. Wonderful experience no hassle exchange within 20 minutes was in snd out. No lifting all transfers done by staff. 79 year old. Thank you Andre’ and jiffy lube.

To all my fellow truck drivers , this place is a mess for a 53 . They don't have dock , the parking is tinny you can't make a u turn so, you going to have to back in their alley to do so you gonna have to block the street and the street is a busy street. The workers here don't allow to get in your trailer not even helping back in Also they request drivers assistance I give one star cause the broker didn't mention any of these

Showed up at 4:38 on a Monday ,employees where walking out already, online it says they close at 5pm ,called 15 minutes before showing up no answer, just put you close at 4 stop wasting people's time

Heavy set guy at the counter lied about me getting assistance saying no one was on site to help me with removing my battery must I remind you there was plenty of workers there so I inquired I will remove it myself then mysteriously he has someone pop up and says he can help wow smh

My complaint is the hours. All of a sudden for no reason they decided to close at 3pm. Website says 5pm i even got off work early. I talked to one of the workers and all he said was the Website is always wrong that they close at 4 but today they decided to close early! I got there at 3. I drove from the bottom of forest falls for nothing. My batteries are still under warranty, they don't open on the weekends
