Horrible customer service over the phone, they put you on hold and then forget about you and you end up in an infinite hold. Then when they do answer your call after calling 3-4 times they give you attitude, wouldn't recommend this store.

Workers always lying about parts don’t have knowing they do have sometimes rude always the guy with the Bluetooth ear piece always thinks he runs the store not knowing he can be replaced like the rest of them if you look like a thug they will think you stealing and will follow you around the. Store and they run they lip about customers all the time needs new management asap

Employees are more interested in talking amongst themselves then to help out the costumer 1/10 for me

They shouldnt hang up on customers i didnt even get to ask a question

This is a very good store for auto parts. Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable and will offer you the best deals they have for certain purchases. If AutoZone has the parts but they don't happen to have it in stock they will tell you of other stores that have it in stock and they can also arrange to have it brought to that store for you to pick up the next day. Not all AutoZone stores participate so you may have to drive to another location if they don't have it in stock
