I rarely write reviews.. or er.. have never felt compelled to write a review for anyplace, but I have to share my incredible experience with Topline. Here's some context: I recently reconnected with my father after 20 years apart. He was a huge influence on my life, and I wanted this visit to be special to show him how much he means to me. Unfortunately, things started to go wrong. My boat broke down in the middle of the lake, and I felt my plans slipping away. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, Topline appeared. They were out on the water testing a boat and came to our rescue. They towed us back, diagnosed the issue, and even provided us with e-bikes to enjoy while they made the repair. The service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make this experience memorable. Despite the high level of service, they charged me less than $500, which I gladly tipped 100% for. Topline, you turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience for me and my father. Thank you for your incredible help and for making a significant difference when it mattered most.

Straight-forward and knowledgeable staff, no sales pitch or pressure, was able to look at as many units as I wished and I didn't feel rushed. I like to make informed decisions and I appreciate you guys for facilitating that. Highly recommend for first time owners, they do it all here.

Dealing with Jason at the Redlands Blvd location was great. He is very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the business. I called him so many times while working on getting the loan that I started apologizing to him for bothering him lol. Our mom and dad are in there 70's and don't like to text or fax so we showed up a few times in announced and always had time for us. We bought a travel trailer from them. Jason says they only sell trailers that are like new and don't have any problems and he proved it with this keystone hideout. Thanks for the great service and great trailer.

My son and I were wanting to learn more about the Black Series trailer and Jason was kind enough to share his knowledge about the HQ19 they had on site. This family owned business really cares about what they do and sell. I will definitely be back should they get the model we want is back in stock.

Jason was a nice guy, sold us a bunch of stuff and gave his word if the prop didn't work he would exchange the prop for one that does us best. I waited 3 months to write this experience hoping he would follow through on his word but he failed to back up. I still wish he would make things right. So keep this on mind when shopping here. 3 months is to long to get help or a call back. Jason, I hope you don't treat anyone else this way. That was hard earned money I spent at your shop.

Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. I feel like they go out of the way to make sure you get what you need. They are interested in building a relationship with their buyers. I can't recommend them highly enough. Great value, and great customer service.
