Driver Raquib Sharva life saver haha the best to ever do it ❤️
Terrible Experience – Overpriced Fees! Armada Towing is an absolute rip-off. They charged me $1,000 just for having overdue tags in the same city of San Bernardino. That’s an outrageous amount, especially considering how quickly they slapped on excessive fees. The staff was unhelpful and showed zero empathy for the situation. It’s clear they prioritize profits over fair service. If you ever have to deal with them, be prepared for ridiculous charges and a frustrating experience. Avoid them if you can! I appreciate the response, but my issue is exactly that—your so-called 'clearly outlined' fees are outrageous and predatory. Charging $1,000 for a local tow and impound due to overdue tags is completely unreasonable. I understand that some fees are city-mandated, but Armada Towing clearly prioritizes profit over fairness. The lack of transparency and empathy from your staff only made the situation worse. Instead of deflecting blame, perhaps you should focus on making your services more ethical and customer-friendly. People should be warned about these exploitative practices
Bring your patience when you want to see your car or collect your belongings. Be kind to the sole attendant, Tristan. Like every workplace, the staffing here is minimal. Also, if you go there on a weekend, there is a $220 (Apr 2025) fee to get in the lot.

Horrible service. I called AAA to have my car towed. This was during my lunch time and the dispatch said my driver will arrive within 50 minutes. Apparently the tow person showed up at the location and called me one time @9:44 AM. When i saw the miss call, i called back at 9:59 (for some reason my phone puts some calls to voice msg) and i get the tow guys voice mail. Very unprofessional one at that. It’s the type that pretends they are talking to you until they say leave a msg. Imagine if someone is stranded and you get a VM like that. I called the guy three times and finally he picks up and claims he has been trying to reach me multiple times. This wasn’t true. I never received an ETA or a call that they were arriving soon. And when I called them, the driver states that he had to leave because he had been waiting for a while. I have used AAA before but never had this experience even when i miss the call from the dispatch they dont leave that quickly. And they don’t have bad customer service. Just a waste of my time
Their customer service is absolutely terrible! I called and asked them to help me with one of my Trucks. Long story short they wouldn't take payment over the phone. When I mentioned to the lady that my driver didn't have a credit card she said "well that's too bad, I can't help you" and literally hung up with out giving me other options. I could've met the driver and taken care of payment but that lady obviously doesn't care. She probably wanted to get back to her Netflix show or something! Feel free to call if you like horrible experiences.
