CubeSmart Self Storage

I love CubeSmart!! the process from starting to end is simple and efficient. I was able to make a reservation over the phone, confirming my documentation and review the contract online, i live in New Jersey and the storage unit is in Rochester New York five hours away. Once I went to the site it took ten minutes for me to confirm who I am. Confirm the documentation answered a couple of questions and assign a storage space for me. Deja (I think that’s her name) was amazing!!! She was very professional very friendly and answered all my questions. To add, I locked myself out of the storage unit and she was very kind to help me back in. She didn’t get upset due to my error but very graciously help me out!! You can’t ask for better service. Thank you CubeSmart for making a difficult day a bit easier.

Very neat, secure and well-organized facility. The office personnel (I dealt with Simone) were super-frriendly and very helpful in helping me find the best space for my situation. And the price is right! Highly recommend.

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Cube Smart over the years. This storage unit facility has been such a tremendous blessing to me. Everyone is extremely helpful with a major shouts to Dave & Surmone. They are simply amazing!!!

From my very first encounter Dave was always there for me. I had been left in a very difficult situation and was not sure how I should proceed Luckily for me, Cubesmart had hired an excellent manager Dave M. to take care of their customers! Dave promptly replied to all calls and emails. He addressed all my concerns and was empathetic and respectful of my situation . On one occasion he stood out I the pouring down rain with my friend and me assisting in preparing my car to be moved to a service department. Definitely above and beyond to provide great customer service! I always felt valued and appreciated as a customer ! I would highly recommend both Dave and Cubesmart to family and friends.

I didn’t think I’d ever need a storage unit. Due to unforeseen circumstance, I ended up, needing & renting a space @ Cubesmart on Linden Avenue. It’s clean, climate controlled (a little cold for my liking) and you can drive into the building to load or unload. Carts are provided. Locating the storage unit can be challenging. The numbering is not chronological and there are no other way-finding signs. The map they provide if you request one, is so small it’s no help. Surmone, who works in the office, was extremely helpful in helping me find my way to the storage unit. Another concern is the threat of possible rate increases , after signing the contract & once you've moved your belongings into your space. I don’t appreciate bait and switch tactics. This hasn’t happened for the few months I’ve rented a space and I hope that it doesn’t.

I’ve always been partial to CubeSmart, but this location has solidified my permanent loyalty. Specifically, Dave. He was so incredibly professional and easy to work with. Our move details were a bit chaotic, but he was right there with us helping make changes and getting the best setup possible. Facility is also pristine.

Dave was amazingly helpful and friendly helping me set up a storage unit. The facility is spotless, the system easy to navigate. I feel very confident storing at this facility.
