I went in to upgrade a phone and add a line. The 2 people who were working at that time were excellent! I had all 3 of my children with me and my 2 year old got restless, understandably. Mari (not sure how to spell her name.. I know I’m probably way off.. sorry) connected her tablet to WiFi and got to work on our services. They were attentive and very patient with us, explained everything I needed I had questions about, and we left within a realistic timeframe for what we were getting. This is my T-Mobile for as long as they’re at this location!

I had the best customer service experience when I visited this T-Mobile Store recently to trade my busted older Samsung phone for a new one. Both Sales Reps were professional & polite. Justin the Mgr was super patient & knowledgeable when setting up my new phone & transferring data from the old one. While helping me, another customer was having major challenges with his account. Justin was able to multi-task, providing support & guidance to the other Sales Rep on how to manage the situation to the customer’s satisfaction. I highly recommend visiting this store for Reps who actively listen to learn exactly what we need & provide fantastic service.

This store has the best customer service! Both employees greeted me when I walked in. Jon is a top notch multi Tasker!! He started to troubleshoot my issue while setting up a device for another customer and helping a co worker. Both employees were very knowledgeable, patient and personable while helping their respective customers and still acknowledging other customers who came in. They were professional and friendly. I won't go to any other store.

Jonathan (manager) was nice at first. He told me that, since my flip phone with a bad screen was under warranty, that I had to deal with T-Mobile over the phone and they would overnight one to the store. Unfortunately, it took two days to get there. When I went to pick it up, another guy was there and refused to do the exchange. He was not very specific as to why, but called Jonathan on the phone, who this time just said, "Oh, sorry, man... it should have been sent to your house. All we can do now is an upgrade." At this point I am 72 hours without my phone that is a few months old, losing time, money, etc., and all the other guy at the store wanted to do was argue with me. I called T-Mobile again, explained everything, and they connected my call to Samsung, who said to just take the phone to a repair shop and they would replace the screen free of charge. The repair took less than 24 hours. After all of the anguish this caused, I wish they had just been up front on day 1 and advised me to get the screen fixed. T-Mobile customer service was fantastic; it is just this store in particular that I take issue with. Never again. Bye.
