U-Haul of Henrietta

I was super stressed calling about a move from Rochester, NY to Phoenix, AZ and Phillip was so helpful. He walked me through different options for tow behind, one way trucks and U Box. All the options were half the cost quoted to me by a pod company. It was so nice to speak to a local person who understood my needs and was so thorough and helpful. Thank you Phillip!!!

Was very challenging at first had to wait for 15 mins before someone helped me, my reservation was ready and very clean. After arrival I was in need of one of their "safe packaging boxes" which I was quoted 65. 95 with taxes 75 dollars. After purchase I noticed on box it had a price 49.95. I informed manger he said it was the new listing in the computer. Huh? So I'm thinking that price should be for the "new boxes" not this old. I feel like that transaction was very unfair,I also feel their very pricey,I only used 17 miles and still paid a 100 dollars,that included a 30 dollar rental fee for ,15 for accident/damage,AND 17 MILES WOW,please don't forget we need to refuel.

We used U-Haul after budget left us high and dry the day of our reservation. Budget told us they had no vehicle for us after reserving one weeks prior. We called U-Haul that morning and the rep was so helpful. She checked all locations and found us a comparable truck to rent that day so we could move our apartment. We won’t ever try and save extra by going to budget, we’ll always trust U-Haul now.

Great job on renting me a trailer. Used 6x12 tandum axle enclosed trailer using my 4Runner. Brought it back within 24 hrs, with insurance $43. Minutes later got receipt in my email. Totally easy. Many thanks.

Scam. They will charge you $30 for gas even when you bring the rental back with same gas. Front desk girls are not good with customer service 1-800 number useless. Won’t use U-Haul ever again keep the $30. Get you own check out check in pictures so your credit card can handle it for you

The BEST customer service. The lady running the desk was so helpful and understanding. She knew I just had the worst experience at the Lake Ave location and single handily fixed the problems we had. The store was spotless. They brought our truck to us. THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! The other location should be ashamed

When looking up how much it costs they change the price when you go there so for a very short rental the 19.99 truck after towing off the gas still came to 120.00. Not happy will never go there again plus all were rude. They gave me one price and then changed the price when returning and nothing wrong plus they didn't have to clean it.
