I Just literally left BO. Drove up requesting that they check my battery for charge. Jacob was right on it. Checked and replaced my battery, which was still two months within the warranty period. I got a new battery, free under warranty. I was only there 10 mins! I appreciate Jacob so much!! I highly recommend Battery Outfitters for all of your battery needs!!!
I’ve used Battery Outfitters 3 times now and have left feeling satisfied, taken care of and back to safe travels on the road each time… I just wanted to give a shoutout to Winter- she is compassionate, supportive, and very friendly. Winter helped answer all my questions with ease and kept me informed of the entire process from start to finish. Seeing the way Winter handled other customers with professionalism and integrity was beautiful to see; as someone who has worked in leadership in customer service roles for most of my career, I commend her on such amazing customer service.
