AT&T Store

I visited this AT&T store this morning and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service. The staff were both helpful and professional, making what I expected to be a lengthy visit quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Austin deserves special recognition for being incredibly helpful and going above and beyond to assist me. His knowledge and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my future AT&T needs. Highly recommend!

My recent visit to AT&T on Lincoln Street Worcester MA was the best experience I've ever had. We were assisted by Austin B who was very experienced & knowledgeable. Austin searched on ways to save on our monthly bill, took time to answer our questions and took time to help us update and transfer to our new phone and also apply the screen protector. I traded in my Samsung flip 4 for a new Samsung flip 7 at the AT&T store on Lincoln street in Worcester. I met an incredible young man named Austin who was totally amazing, he was knowledgeable, personable and just a pleasure to work with. I am 70 and retired and even though I love my phone I am not good with setting it up and transferring my data so I really needed help. I recommend going to see him for any AT&T purchases, you are definitely in good hands if you do. A shout out to the AT&T manager of the store, give this young man a pat on the back, a little raise would be good too. He made my visit easy and pleasant….Thanks Austin….from Elaine

Great customer service! Came in to help a friend join and upgrade his phone. The employee was extremely helpful and patient. Been using AT&T for ten plus years and they haven’t disappointed me. Highly recommend!

Austin helped out my mom my sister and myself with a phone upgrade and trade in and was great! He helped us save as much money as we could on the purchase and was wicked nice!!

Austin from Lincoln street Worcester, MA was amazing! Super knowledgeable, very friendly and is great with customer service! When I arrived we were greeted immediately and with a smile! I went to the store upset at how high my bills were and planned on paying of my phone and finding a different phone service. Because of him he helped me reduce my bills and I got a new phone!
