Terrible experience spending 13k+ on kitchen cabinets. I learned the hard way to never go to a big box store for a purchase like this ever again. The cabinet "specialist" had little knowledge of her products. She kept apologizing and saying it was because she was new. I still decided to stick with Lowe’s because we’ve had a good experience with Jen at the Pro desk in the past. I had to look through the spec book myself to figure out what products Kraftmaid offered. The cabinet specialist couldn’t answer a few questions for us when we ordered and told us she would find the answers. We tried following up with her several times via email and phone after our order was placed and would not get a response. Then we learned she was leaving out of state. This left our questions and missing pieces to our kitchen up to the cabinet supervisor to figure out. Communication was terrible. We were given wrong information. It took months to finally get the correct range hood ordered which delayed our kitchen remodel. Wrong products have been ordered by the supervisor now several times. We still have island end pieces that were recommended to us to order by the cabinet specialist and cost over $400 that have not been installed because we are missing pieces to install them. We have tried to order several times and have not been successful due to being ignored or the wrong items being ordered by the supervisor. We have given up at this point. Kraftmaid is also poor quality for the money you spend. Many of our drawers have broken and required us to put in longer screws. Several doors were delivered uninstalled to the cabinet requiring my husband to assemble which seems ridiculous for the amount of money you spend for "assembled" cabinets. Very dissatisfied with our experience and wish we would have chosen a local wood worker instead.

I'm going to say this was probably one of the best hardware / home improvement stores I've ever been in. And that is because of the service of their people, everybody was extremely nice. I was carrying a bunch of gutter extensions and the man in lighting actually went out and grabbed a cart for me and I didn't even ask him to do it. I was really amazed! I would highly suggest using this store if you're in the area.

I ordered a front door and install from Lowes. I have been lied to about the door being ready for install, wrong pieces needing to be reordered to now the door has never arrived and wont for weeks. Never again with this company! The outside sales rep basically quit communicating altogether. I had to get the Store manager involved finally after several days of trying to get a hold of anybody. They should realize this cost them a kitchen remodel and a new deck project. And Kobyco will be doing all the windows and doors from now on. Avoid Lowes. Find local reputable companies.

We recently purchased a pellet grill at the Rockford IL Lowe’s. When I started to assemble it I notice very significant damage to the pellet hopper. I called and they said bring it in. Jamie and her assistant(can’t remember her name) were SUPER helpful and solved all my problems. In the end we are getting a grill assembled and delivered. We could not be more pleased with the service. Lowe’s will continue to be our go to home improvement store.

Do not . Buy a washer or dryer from Lowes . Please do not . We got our new pet pro system today delivered. What they don't tell you they don't sell hoses long enough. My mom bought a washer there a year ago. It still isn't right , or leveled . They told her they would come back out , never did. She called several times. Another thing they don't tell you. They contract people out to deliver. They don't even work for Lowes. . We just went in there . They told us there's nothing they can do. Have to call the warehouse in Chicago. They took our old washer. So here I am. Brand new washer I can't use. Please don't buy from them. I knew we should of gotten it from Best buy. Worst customer service ever.

I went for the third time today to try and find out about getting carpet for my home just like the last two times we pushed the button and waited for people to come and push the button and waited for people to come and even ask people to get somebody 30 minutes later we still had not spoke to anybody about carpet. I ended up walking out and going over to Home Depot to get carpet customer service is ridiculous. They don’t wanna sell carpet then get out of the business.

Went to Lowes today after I found out they took over the Toro brand from Home Depot. I tried to get a replacement belt for the self propell and they don't even carry the belts. Complete failure! Don't carry a brand and not have basic spare parts!
