Jamie made my return stress free unlike my first attempt at the Auburn St store. The staff at the Auburn St. STORE had no idea what they were doing. I had the receipt showing my method of payment yet they gave me store credit. I called S,Alpine about the remainder of unused parts was told to bring them in. As I first said Jamie was so professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for giving me a pleasant experience.

Recently visited to get a bulb for my low headlight and a new wiper. Mel was nice enough to replace both and had me test them to ensure they were installed properly. Really appreciated that extra mile. He also noticed I wasn’t signed up for rewards and got me squared away with that. Really nice guy and offers the type of customer service that leaves a good lasting impression.

Can’t thank the manger enough for making a challenging situation into a pleasant experience. My car needed a battery and he took care of everything in just about an hour start to finish!!! Thank you for helping an old lady out !!!

Went in to have battery checked after having my car jumped due to dead battery. Josh came out and checked my battery really quick and diagnosed that the battery was bad. Bought a new one and Mel had it installed in less than five minutes. Great price, great service, and friendly staff.
