Jocelyn in Print and Copy is a machine! He’s always smiling and juggling orders and people walking up with questions that have nothing to do with printing lol! I’ve placed well over 30 orders online and they’re always ready so fast! I get a text message and go pick them up sometimes within an hour of me placing it! They run a smooth operation!

I would like to thank Victor for helping me with my printer issues yesterday. He is a very professional and courteous young man. He is the reason I continue to do business with Office Depot for over twenty years. Victor heard my issues and could have made the decision not to make a customer happy or keep a loyal returning customer he choose to make the customer happy. Thank you for your help and I highly recommend going to Office Depot for your computer and office supplies those less expensive internet commpanies will not give you the human experience and willing to hear your needs. Absolutely the worst OD I’ve ever been to, no Magic markers, no sharpies, the yellow pads I wanted to buy were 1099 but when I got to the register, they were $17 and nobody would change them for me, the purchasing agent, the general manager and the district manager all need to be fired or retrained or both… What a horrible experience what a horrible story I’ll never ever come back here forever anything ever again… Too bad I watched him build the store, but the store sucks really bad, fire them all….. I would give zero stars, but I had to give at least one, What a horrible experience

I believe his name was victor but he was very helpful I needed some ink for my printer victor was kind enough to help find the right kind thanks victor

So, here I am wasting 10 minutes of my time again at Office Depot while their stupid self service machines ask me to please wait. Fix your damn machines.

Manager Alejandro has provided us with excellent service. He was friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable of all procedures. Thank you Alejandro for making our experience an enjoyable one. Definitely recommended!
