I had an absolutely amazing experience with Performance Boat Center in Fort Lauderdale. The salesman, Jay, is phenomenal — incredibly knowledgeable, no-pressure, and clearly passionate about the industry. He works hard to get you into the right boat, walks through every detail of the boat, answers every question with confidence, and makes sure you feel supported every step of the way. You don’t always find that level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm in sales. He makes the entire process smooth and exciting from start to finish. The facility itself is top-notch, spacious, modern, and fully equipped, right near the airport which made it super convenient for out-of-town visitors. You can tell they take pride in everything from their offices, boat storage facility, to their service area. It’s a performance boating hub, not just a dealership. Getting the boat in and out with F3 Marina couldn’t have been easier. The coordination between Performance and F3 was seamless, it was literally pull up, launch, and go. Stress-free and efficient, exactly what you want when you’re excited to hit the water. And what really sets Performance Boat Center apart is that the relationship doesn’t end with the sale or service of your boat. They’re truly part of the boating community and host and attend tons of performance runs and events throughout the year, giving you a chance to meet other boaters, push your boat the way it was built to be used, and just have fun out on the water. Can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re a seasoned boater or buying your first performance model, this is the team and facility to trust.

I have had work done twice before, the last time they tried to return the boat to me with two dead batteries. I attempted to use them again because they say they offer trailer service. I contacted Jose two weeks ago to arrange meeting at a local ramp and having the boat picked up, i called yesterday to confirm time for today. Once again Jose (service manager) isn’t available to take my call and will call me back, never does. I tried numerous times to get Jose on the phone without success. I never had a problem with their higher rates but If you have a smaller boat, mine is 24, they have no interest in taking care of you.

Good to have local dealer like this company . I buy parts for my Mercury motors there. They have a lot of parts in stock, which is convenient. Good prices. Maria in parts is very helpful. Quick communication, great customer service. Highly recommended!

Jose and his team dedicated the right amount of time to my boat and after it was almost three months in the hands of an inept mechanic (my fault) who made me waste a lot of money and time, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than a week. I am absolutely pleased with the service and knowledge of Performance Boat Center they are excellent and professional mechanics. Boat servicing is not cheap but this money was very well spent.
