I can’t say enough good things about the Publix Pharmacy at Hurricane Creek off E. Brainerd Rd. Every time I use the app, my prescriptions are filled promptly and accurately—it’s always on point. Chen is an exceptional pharmacist—knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. Vanessa and Joe are just as wonderful, consistently providing excellent service. Joe, as a pharmacy technician, is efficient and friendly every time I stop by. Beyond the pharmacy, the entire store staff goes above and beyond. Colin, in particular, is such a friendly face—I see him nearly every time I check out, and he always remembers my family and even what we’re up to that weekend. It’s that personal touch that makes a difference. Grocery shopping here is truly a pleasure. From walking you to your car with an umbrella when it’s raining to helping with even the smallest items, the team here turns errands into a meaningful, personal experience. It’s the little things they do that make a big impact. This store truly sets the bar high when it comes to customer care.

I ordered curbside pickup for some drinks (Gatorade, Monster drinks, and a 32-pack of water). Parking was easy at the curbside spot, and the employee brought everything straight to my car quickly and efficiently. Super convenient and smooth service — makes shopping stress-free!
