I rented a trailer for a multi state trip. Pricing was excellent and the whole rental process was super easy and quick. On the way the trailer had an issue. I contacted the office and talked to Ethan. He rectified the issue and actually went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I give Chattanooga Trailer an A+ rating. Great place to purchase from. Daniel let me bug him all day with questions about the trailer I had been looking to buy. I had previously put in quotes with many other companies back in April for a custom trailer build and never heard back without reminding them and when I did get prices these competitors were priced extremely high(3k-6k). After picking one of the other companies to start the build they called me after a month saying it would take ANOTHER month so I got my money back from them and cancelled that build. After that I went out on Monday back to some of the other places looking to buy a trailer and none of them put any effort into finding what I was looking for. None of the competitors even offered to order anything or even get up from their desks even though I was prepared to spend $2000+ on the spot. I finally decided to look outside my city and found these guys and they just knocked it out of the park at Chattanooga trailer. The drive for me was about an hour so I spent the day before asking a ton of questions and Daniel helped out with no issues sending photos of the trailers in question to help me decide. I made the long drive and left in about 45 minutes with the trailer that actually exceeded my needs and I am thankful for Chattanooga trailer for just putting in effort when the competitors wouldn’t do it. Also, as a final note, I expected Daniel to be the one guy at his job who was the overachiever and helpful person but was pleasantly surprised when every employee seemed to be very nice and helpful at Chattanooga trailer.
