Called to get a price check on the battery the guy name Tim, very rude no bedside manners , I believe since he was the one that answered the phone he had to install my battery my other guy was a little bit more customer service friendly, after the installation I thanked him, he said nothing, just looked at me and walked away, definitely hope his day get better because based on the reviews seems to be a good experience, hopefully my battery is great and I don’t have to go back any time soon.

Truly the "top of the line in service, and professional leadership." Problem solved in 30 minutes on a 13 month old battery. ( Unlike National Tire and Battery; who did absolutely NOTHING TO HELP. DAN AND CREW ARE AMAZING. NTB..not the Eastgate Store in Chattanooga.
Theses folks are near Chattanooga State now. You can get the Interstate batteries or reconditioned batteries with a 6 month warranty at a very good price. The folks here are very nice and helpful.
Had an issue with my battery during the holiday season that I had just purchased not even two months prior. When I went to the store I saw a sign on the front door that said for any warranty replacements see NTB, Valvoline or Express Oil Change because the store was relocating to Amnicola Hwy. The store wasn't reopening until well after the 1st of the year. I tried all three and was refused a replacement of my battery. Why wasnt there communication with these stores for the relocation? Historical would leave me stranded without a battery for weeks during the holidays and at a very cold time.
It's a long way from Flintstone GA. but I have a Toyota. Everybody knows that Interstate Battery and Toyota go together like peanut butter and jelly.
