5 star on nice people working here, 0 star a signs posted to direct a big truck there is no signs to say paper roll delivery, cardboard delivery or whatever else they ship and receive? If u read other post it will say park in door MD-7, this is not for paper rolls, idk what that's for but paper rolls you don't back in from the small street you pull into main gate there are three doors back there to the left, no room but just enough to do your job, paper rolls check in M10, I had 12 rolls, seam like it should take 40min at most, I was there for 2hours and given a door right away

I had a good experience here I did not have to back in from the street. I came in off Amnicola Hwy onto Latta St. I pulled into gate it was pretty tight due to a electric pole and vehicles parked at the entry way. I arrived at 7:05am no signs to guide you where to go. A man told me to pull into the gate and go all the way to the back. I checked in by 7:14. A man put a stop sign which said loading-unloading in progress in front of my truck, removed my red air line and chocked my tire with a metal wheel chock that's attached to a arm from the building started unloading 7:56 unloaded by 8:39 everyone was very nice. They left some card board in my trailer and this really sweet older gentleman actually came with his fork lift to get it and dispose of it. Thank you Westrock you’ll rock my opinion.

Nice employees, easy road to get in and out, backing to the dock it’s little bit tight because of the narrow road, you have to back it from the street, fast unloading and it’s good place to make deliveries, its FCFS, backing docks located at MD7 after the gate entrance which its MD10. Thank you for the good work and please keep it up for semi drivers.

I had paper rolls, If you see a sign that says permanent employee parking turn in there and it’s on the left door M10! I came early morning and was in and out with no line total of about 20 mins

I had zero issues here. Im talkin easy peasy & the ppl - im not a ppl person in the very slightest - these guys were so so nice & personable. Id come come back here (even tho it is chattanooga) anytime.

Fast loading. But to get loaded in the 2 docks they use. It's bad. Backing off street that to small for longer noise trucks

Very tight for parking. Only 2 docks, you have to wait on busy street. No restrooms, no overnight parking.
