Great service whenever im in. However, how is it acceptable to close at 6pm weekdays? When do you get any sales from working people? Guess ill go to one of the many stores open until 7, 8 , 9 ect

Not the most customer friendly store that I have ever went to. There was only one person that appeared to care about new customers. I would have ranked lower if she wouldn't have helped me. The other two employees were helping others, so I waited for them to finish. Then when the first guy finished, one of his friends came up to the counter and he started to talk to him about what he needed. So the employee told me without saying anything to me that I am not important in his eyes. Then when the girl finished with her customer, she asked if she could help me? She was very knowledgeable about what I needed. Therefore, make sure that when you go into this location that you only get helped by her, she truly does know what she is doing.

Great price and very helpful! I had to replace a headlight bulb. After calling a few places, they had one in stock which was a third the price others quoted. Then, once I got there to replace it, my clip to release the headlight assembly was stuck. Normally tools are not required for the repair, but without their hammer to pry it out I couldn't have done it. On top of that, they came out to the car to help me with it. What wonderful people and fantastic service!

The other part store I went to, #O'Reillys had no idea what I was looking for, never heard of it. I called #Sturdevant's and they said they had what I was looking for and would have it at the counter waiting for me. WHAT a difference in stores! Thank you #Sturtevants, your professionalism, positive attitudes, and your staffs knowledge about what parts you carry goes above and beyond from what I have experienced at other #automotive part stores. Awesome service knowledgeable staff members at the counter. Men and Women alike are treated as equally as they should. Quality parts great prices. So don't settle for the normal. Stop on in and tell them what you NEED!! OR WANT!!

The folks there helped me with finding a bleeder screw that Ford only sells in an assembly. Cost me a fraction of what I would have spent other places and works great! Good customer service with helpful and down to earth folks.

Great place with knowledgeable staff that's happy to help you. They've always had the part I needed on hand. Great great place. The only improvement I can think of is that I wish they carried Sheaffer products. They used to I think, but don't carry it any more.
