Absolutely top-notch service. I honestly can't remember the last time I had such a great experience. The manager and the team at the customer sales counter went above and beyond — professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It was actually refreshing to feel so well taken care of. Safe to say I'll be spending a lot more time (and money) at this store. Thanks again for making my day.

Todd asset to this location as I was looking for RM43 product! He looked it up directed me to the location then rang up my purchase with a smile and friendly conversation. Bless you Todd for shining through.

The bigger guy with the beard was very nice I think redhead very nice but one thing there was no chickens in the coup which was disappointing other than that good selection thank you Tractor Supply

Best Customer Service in Sioux Falls. My go to store!!

My experience with this store was nothing but terrible. I ordered an item that was available 2 hours away from me. It took 6 days to arrive. When I called to ask about it, a very rude person on the phone told me to "just wait for the confirmation email" and hang up on me. When I finally got the confirmation email and showed up at the store to receive it, a person (I believe his name was Ali/Aly) told me he couldn't give it to me because the person that puts the orders into the system left for the day and he wasn't going to do it. I politely told him I have been waiting 6 days for it and I needed it, and as I could see my box siting right behind him, if he could just put it into the system himself. He told me to just call customer service if I wasn't happy with the transaction, or talk to the manager the next day, but that he wasn't going to do it. It was my very first experience with this store and by far the last one. The staff was rude, not helpful and their customer service was just not there. Go somewhere else. Bring your money where you will be valued.

I was greeted when I went to pick up my order. One item was there but was not as easy to find. It was there and had my name on it but it looked like it was on the wrong cart. They found it and offered to bring it out to my car and load it for me. She gave me a compliment which was the kindest thing anyone had ever said to me. Don't hesitate to ask your questions. They will make it happen and answer any questions you may have. You'll be glad you did.
