I have never written a review online. Ever. But when I tell you that this experience deserves 5+ stars, a review, a raise, maybe even like a paid vacation… I mean it. I walked into the store with all the confidence of someone who has watched a handful of YouTube videos and was like yeah… that doesn’t look too hard. I can totally replace the wipers and sprayers myself. WRONG. I could never have done what Thomas did. I thought my issue was broken wiper sprayers-which was part of it- but I would have never noticed the broken hose. Instead of being overjoyed that my wipers are working again, I would have been sat on my garage floor crying angry tears and probably nursing a couple minor injuries. Thomas went so far above and beyond what he needed to. He took the time to help instead of just selling me what I said I needed and sending me on my way. His customer service, communication, and knowledge are just impeccable and I feel so blessed to have gotten the chance to interact with him today. This experience has made me a loyal customer and I hope everyone gets the chance to work with Thomas someday because it was truly, truly, a spectacular experience.

The associates that were working this evening were very helpful I did not catch either one of their names however on the receipt it says the female that was working's name is Deondra ( Pop as to her be for being so happy and pleasant) and there was a gentleman working that was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions

I was there on Saturday November 2nd. I pulled in to have a new battery installed at 8:45 and was done just a little after 9:00. I believe the guy that helped me that day was Zak. I was extremely impressed with his attitude and his help . Greatly appreciated!
