The people here are knowledgeable and kind. I was treated like family and for the first time ever not talked down to in an auto part store just because of my gender. I felt comfortable to ask questions and they made sure that unnecessary work was not done.
They always have what I need or can get it quickly. Warranties are good and always honored. Make sure you understand that different qualities of parts will reflect different warranties and prices. A lifetime warranty is not generally the cheapest part they have but will be a much higher quality part.
Staff was very helpful when I couldn't find what I needed.
My van quit running 4 blocks from the Napa store. The store site said open till 5pm. The sign in the window said they were open till 5pm as well. It is now 4:29 and no one is here. While I have been waiting 3 other people stopped by trying to purchase parts or tools... If you are not going to be open, put your correct hours on your site! I get the holiday weekend - but not even a sign on the door that you will be closed for the day!
Not bad nor the best. Most parts I need they don't carry, so they have to order it in almost makes more sense purchasing online off another site.
Helpful employees, looked up my item, grabbed it quickly, and even had change for a $100!
