The employee Dylan does not know what he's doing. Gave me a hard time on a simple return on a part that they sold me yesterday. Claimed that I installed the part when it was given to me in this condition... also was giving false information to another customer in regards to diagnosing a vehicle which I know he is not certified to do since he's not an auto technician. I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

I called at 7:30am and a gentleman named Reynaldo answered... Told him I was in need of a battery gave him the year make and model of my Vehicle. Took him less than 2 minutes to come back and tell me that he had it in stock give me my price even question what my car was doing to make sure I was getting the right product. I arrived 30 minutes later Rey already had the battery pulled and on the counter as I brought my core in. Even offered to help me put it in but I didn't have the vehicle with me and I wouldn't let him anyway LOL. I just wanted to let the company know this man is the very meaning of professionalism and nowadays that's hard to come by I wanted to give a big shout out to Reynaldo. As long as I'm in The Colony you'll have a customer for life thank you sir!!

I had a my car battery was acting up today so thought let me do the test…! I stopped by O’Reilly in the colony about 9:15pm…! The guy telling manager all I’m doing is checking not installing…! I ask you are not able to install if it’s bad he said I’m tired…! Anyhow, comes out and run the test and tells me I need to replace Alternator so if I were you I go home and park and replace Alternator tomorrow first and come back for battery…! However, I thought I shall take 2nd opinion since the guy didn’t act like he wanted it to help anyhow. so I stop by it AutoZone and they said it’s just bad battery I replaced and was on my way…..!! And running just fine…!! I would never do business with O’Reilly in the colony….! I was going to tip him but he just too lazy for his job…..! I know we all have a days but cmon we are at work help pple who comes at store or else don’t work place like this..!

Had an online pickup order and the guy helping me literally acted like he would rather be anywhere else in the world than here. 100% relatable cause sometimes you just don’t want to be at work but at least fake it a tiny bit. Man made it feel like I ruined his day just walking into the store. 5 stars though because the other two employees seemed fed up with him and got my pickup order, worked the register while he stood and watched, and sent me on my way in 30 seconds (I paid for it ahead of time to make it as easy as possible). Everyone has a bad day once in a while, I’ve been there too! All the other times I’ve visited it’s been a great experience with friendly and helpful employees.

I had hard time to find the wiper blade that match my 24' Model X, the staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable, also help me with the free installation.
