Facility was well kept. Pricing was affordable. Staff members were very helpful and courteous! Jenny, the front desk employee, took time to show me every available listing possible and helped me determine what was best for my needs and upfront with the rental rules and agreements.

I’ve never been to a better storage place better than this. From customer service to the amount of different units they have to offer and the tools they have to make your move very easy!!!! The manager Mindy, was super helpful throughout my process. She always went above and beyond, from making it easy to sign up to making the move in easy for me. She really put the icing on the cake because most people don’t even care. If you need a storage unit to rent. Come here ask for Mindy she will get you right and make sure things go smooth. Come check this place out if you need a space.

This place is great. The office staff was great. Property manager Jenny helped me get a great deal on my unit. She was knowledgeable and super friendly. Her maintenance staff re-cleaned the unit and had it move in ready when I returned.

I received great customer service from Jenny and Mindy, who are friendly and courteous. I am a return customer to this business and will continue to use them for my storage needs. I recommend Power Self Storage!

Edited 8/14/2024 Actually I'm sick of it that we have to deal with the ppl who has no brain. I feel sorry but I think the workers are just bots. They keep saying the same thing and nothing solved or moved forward. I'm sorry but it looks like having no ability to deal with it, which Amazon can let us do it with just like a few taps. I don't mean I want to argue or doing hate speech, just telling the fact that we are facing and just thought I'll have to share it so that there'll be no more new victims. I also had him send a message to the website so that someone in this company who knows well can sees it and somehow solve it. I really don't think the good reviews are real, but if I reviewed a couple of years ago, I would do more stars like 3. But now,I'm truly dissappointed about the company and would not recommend there to anybody unless they are happy to waste their money and time. 8/12/2024 The old lady at the desk is very rude. My husband has been using their storage more than 5 years and there was no problem until yesterday, 8/12/2024. The rent is getting more and more expensive and finally we thought we will not be able to afford our current storage, but my husband liked,it there, so he ended up deciding to moving to a smaller garage so that we could afford. The old lady seemed she didn't like that decision, and on that day, 8/12, she changed his password of the entrance gate on purpose. My husband asked about it but she kept being rude to him and kept giving him fake codes multiple times, pointing out he was reserving to the smaller garage. I have no idea that even the old lady didn't like the decision, she would have no right to be that rude on him. Very dissappointed. He didn't have enough time to deal with her rudeness due to his work, so he ended up giving up entering the garage because of her harrassment towards him. He'll still thinking about moving to the smaller one at this moment, but he also started looking for the better place. Edited: 8/13/2024 So, my husband went there to move out his items from the current garage and preparing to move to the new, smaller one but the man at the desk apologized the old lady's fault but kept trying to excuse, like the reason of fake codes is that my husband reserved another garage. How could it happen? Cause he still is a client of the current garage and why he doesn't have the right to access it lol so there he finally made up his mind to cancel his reservation. Then he stated the reservation cannot be canceled even he hasn't signed and completed the contract yet. It should be illigal for not accepting cancelling even not completely contracted case. I think they're always trying to steal clients' money or if not they'll be just a dumb. Very very disappointed to end the contract with the storage that we used without big problem long term so far.
