Ronnie installed new valves under the kitchen sink as well as ensure the RO system is set up correctly. He went above and beyond to make everything right. He hit several bumps but troubleshooted and spent longer than planned making sure all was good. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into his work. He was warm, professional, and respectful, making sure everything was tidied up after. A few days ago, Zorik came to do electrical work- adding another outlet under our sink. He was wonderful too! Very friendly and kind. He was careful with his work and made sure everything was clean after. I’ve hired Fuse for three jobs so far and I am thrilled with the service and care. It’s competitive pricing, sometimes a bit more than other businesses but I’m happy to pay it with the smooth assessment, great communication, scheduling, payment process, and thorough documentation. I honestly went with a different plumber at first due to someone’s recommendation but he was not thorough, made mistakes, and left a mess. Never again. I’m gonna stick with Fuse for future repairs and installations.

I installed aftermarket stuff on my compressor to mist the system. That failed and caused the unit to fail. We had a persistent coolant leak, and it seemed time to upgrade to a dual fuel heat pump (our gas furnace is the backup). Vladimir repaired the existing system, and suggested a Daikin. A week later it took from 10 am until about 6:30 PM, but the new heat pump is in. Curiously, it stopped working as they were cleaning up to go, and they discovered the condensation water was backing up and tripped the feature that turns off the system when that happens. They got that resolved and now I'm looking forward to an even more efficient cooling system that is WAY, WAY quieter than the old Lennox rattle-trap. Everything from the quick diagnosis of the problem by Vladimir, to the somewhat complicated install was well handled. With a bit of luck, this winter we'll be able to run the heat pump in all but the coldest conditions and so save some $ on our heating costs, and do less planet polluting burning of fossil fuel.

FUSE did a great job. It’s very easy to contact them or get an appointment set/confirmed/notified. My furnace was very old and stopped working. Martin came and checked very carefully to point out all the problems. I was convinced to replace the furnace with a new one. He called FUSE and gave me an estimate with the details quickly. They arranged to get a new unit and came to install it in just a few days. It took Martin two afternoons to remove the old unit and assemble/install the new unit. I was very satisfied with Martin’s dedication and skills. He also answered all my questions clearly. Another good thing is that FUSE can take care of other household problems (electricity, plumbing,etc.). I’ll definitely call them when I need to get something else done.

They did a wonderful job diagnosing my washing machine issue. They determined which parts were needed and had the parts overnighted. They received the parts around 6pm on a Saturday and came that night to install and get the washing machine working before we had to fly out the next morning. Great job, workmanship and being thorough and timely. Highly recommended. Very fair price.

Elijah was on time and professional. He reviewed my furnace and determined it needed a new gas valve. He quoted a price of $900 to replace the part that I think was not in line with the part price ($150 on line) and 1 hour of labor. We paid the service charge to come to our house but will have someone else install a new valve. If the job cost was reasonable we would have continued with Fuse Service.

Fuse saved us over $1K by correctly diagnosing the issue with our AC and not making us pay for an unnecessary service. I really appreciate that. I also have an experience of installing an AC with them at my mom’s place - they did a great job and took care of all permits. I would definitely recommend Fuse to friends and family. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful.
