They do beautiful work. But I spent years in Indy, Denver and Minneapolis before returning to Fort Wayne in part due to excitement over the Electric Works renovation. No one in a leadership position with the city or this company should be surprised by the ongoing Union Street Market failures - projects are executed without adequate "love for Thy neighbor" (gentrification at embarrassing levels). Fort Wayne isn’t like other American cities, so public entities and businesses have a higher standard to meet, whether they’re aware of this is a different discussion. We are a midsize city full of people whose ancestors had their city snatched away by corporate America. Our locals tend to be highly-sensitive, empathic and spiritually perceptive peoples. Our city was neglected for a long time and many of our peoples feel neglected too. If a for-profit company spends YEARS inconveniencing residents with a project (e.g. electric works reno) AND then proceeds to offend those same residents by pricing them out of services = major red flags for the community. If we don’t have love for our neighbors, we have nothing. I would love to stand corrected and welcome clarification if I’m misstating any facts.

This company is a fraud! They "lost" checks, are aware of people issuing real checks in their name and refuse to address or appropriately handle the situation.

Just wondering if ALL of your drivers are encouraged to use cell phones illegally while driving…or just this one?
