One of my favorite places I’ve lived in AZ. The apartment units are so updated, nice, and spacious. We love the pool, playground, the canal being so close to take walks, and the grills! I only wish there was an elevator but that doesn’t change my review. I don’t ever hear my neighbors. We absolutely love our view!!! And I love the trash picks up, it is so helpful.

Fourth year living here now and really enjoying it! We love the pools (Two!) and amenities. This place is built along one of the canal trails which makes for walks and runs. Maintenance has always been very prompt to fix anything and we love our view!

We’ve lived here for 14 months (July 2024-Sept 2025) and it was pretty decent experience. I mean you get what you pay for. The walls are paper thin here and the carpets are disgusting. They are so bad that within a month of us living in our unit we had random stains resurfacing. It was so gross we just opted to buying huge area rugs for the bedrooms for us not to be dealing with stains and the rough feeling of the carpet. If you live on the 1st floor be prepared for the crazy amount of mosquitoes that appear almost throughout the whole year. The only saving grace you have are the 2 months of cold weather we get here. I mean the mosquitos were so bad we had to buy mosquitos zappers to keep in the kitchen and bedrooms because we were getting eaten alive. Back to the paper thin walls. If you have an upstairs neighbors with children good luck, you can legit hear everything, from your upstairs neighbors using their washer/dryer to hearing their bed frame creak all night it was just so exhausting not being able to sleep. And it’s not like you can go and complain about something like this because it’s not the properties problem I suppose lol nonetheless the property felt safe to me and everyone that lived there was super friendly. We just turned in our keys yesterday so let’s see how much they charge us in move out fees.

I’ve been here since the end of April and I’m not sure why the reviews are so low because it’s a pretty relaxed and safe place to be. The front office is nice, my neighbors in my building are nice, and the amenities are nice. I would say I just wish the upkeep in the hallways to the apartments was a little better and I wish the amenities were open 24/7 considering I am a night owl and would use them more if that was available + more bang for our buck. I feel like everyone here is pretty respectful so I don’t see why not. I am in one of the smallest one bedrooms and I didn’t know what to expect long term but it’s actually really nice. I just think it’s kind of funny how they decided to cut off the living room wall by putting a door in the middle though? Kind of frustrating to work with but figuring it out. The patio is a good size too. I also like that the mail and package area is shaded. The area itself is a good choice. I have friends who pay around the same that I do for much older apartments so yeah I’m pretty happy with this set up.

We recently moved my college-aged son and his roommates into their first apartment at Sky at Chandler Airpark, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and—most importantly—reassuring for both the students and us as parents. Ashley and Austin went above and beyond to make this a seamless and welcoming transition. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure the boys felt comfortable and confident in their new digs. Their warmth and attention to detail truly took the fear out of this big step toward independence. The apartment itself was spotless on move-in day—clean, fresh, and move-in ready. It’s clear that the property is well-managed and maintained to high standards. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which gives us peace of mind knowing our son is in good hands. Sky at Chandler Airpark offers a great location, a clean and secure environment, and a fantastic team that clearly values their residents. It’s the perfect first apartment experience, and we’re incredibly grateful to Ashley, Austin, and the entire team for making this such a positive start. Highly recommend to any families or students looking for a safe, well-run community.

Living at Sky at Chandler Airpark feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. The amenities here are incredible—the pools are beautiful, and I use the fitness center all the time. The pet-friendly atmosphere, with the dog park and washing station, is a huge bonus. Beyond the great facilities, the management and maintenance teams are what truly make this a five-star place. They are always responsive and go out of their way to make sure residents are happy. They handle requests efficiently and professionally. The location is also perfect, making it easy to get around town. It’s a clean, safe, and wonderful place to call home. Building #12.

If you are looking for amenities then this is the home for you! Indoor basketball courts, indoor racquetball courts, Gym, Game room includes, Pool table, poker table, ping pong table and huge TV that’s plays football games . Cycle room/dance studio too! Outdoor Volleyball sand court, Cornhole, and you are literally steps away from the Chandler canal. A great place for walks riding your bikes, roller skating or just a romantic walk with your significant other! The staff is amazing! Anytime I’ve ever had anything that needed to be repaired. the maintenance team were here within a day and maybe even the same day. They have two GORGEOUS POOLS, splash pads for kids, water basketball, private Cabanas and a 1 foot pool for the kiddos !! The rent is reasonable, especially in this location! I plan to stay here for quite some time! I feel safe here and it is perfectly located. Minutes from downtown Chandler and downtown Gilbert, restaurants and pubs, Walmart, Target Harkins theater, and plenty of sit down restaurants just 1 mile up the road.. Tumbleweed Park and walking distance and Police station near by! Come check out your future home!!
