Just received my new B&S 795 CC tuba from Milano Music and I couldn't be happier! Nicole and her team were great at answering questions and helping throughout the entire process. Great music store with a wide selection of instruments and accessories for classical musicians...which can be tough to find!

This incredible music store is a real gem of our country — no exaggeration. The amount of care and dedication they provide in adding to the musical and cultural fabric here is very commendable. The folks who work here — I’m a trumpet player, so I had the pleasure of working with Ben — are deeply competent, dedicated, and conduct business with the highest degree of integrity and service. I bought a trumpet and Ben made the whole thing seamless and focused on maximizing my benefit from the items I purchased, setting me up with an entire room for me to try horns for over an hour. I’m immensely grateful to him and the whole Milano’s crew. All professional trumpet players worldwide should know about Milano’s and pay them a visit for the world-class instruments and exceptional service they offer. I’ll be back and recommend them 110%!

Today was my first time visiting Milano Music. My experience was fantastic. There was such a variety of instruments! There was a wall full of trumpets, another of saxophones, a huge display of ukuleles and of course lots of guitars. The staff was super helpful too. I was there to get an instrument repaired. When I met the repair team, I was very impressed. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave me great information.

Bought a Gibson and a Taylor here and They got them both set up perfectly, Like playing on butter easy. John & Fred In Guitar Sales were very helpful, these Guys know there stuff. I put my Martin D18V in the guitar show. They noticed That the bridge was starting to come Up. So I let them fix that. 25 years latter And the Martin will sound awesome. I Have a D16 Martin they fixed also. They Are very good at looking over the entire Instrument to make sure it’s perfect when You get it, and they show you what they Did. My Guitars really play and sound Awesome know. They are Certified Martin And Taylor Repair Guys. Perfection is What it’s all about. From now on they Will get all my Guitar set ups and purchases Love this place! ❤️

Absolute FANTASTIC experience!! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I tried to take care of instruments for 3 kids - an equity trade in, a new rental, and an instrument repair. They had plenty of staff on hand and as I watched staff interact with other customers, you can just tell they all love what they do. Just such a positive experience and I’m really glad that I drove up from Yuma!! Keep up the great work!! And thanks so much for everything!!!

Despite travelling extensively around the world, this is the most amazing, comprehensive, professional music store I have ever come across. Family owned for 75 years and staffed by experts in all instruments it should be on the bucket list of every musician. Here's a travel tip: Visit Milano Music Center, the wonderful Natural History Museum, at the rear of Milano - then call at the delightful Lost Dutchman Coffee shop just down the street. All are excellent and very close together.

My 12 year old has finally made me happy by picking up a guitar (I have played for 30 years). Milanos is always out 'go-to' guitar shop. Everyone is always friendly and helpful (my little guy asked a million questions). Prices are more than reasonable for everything music and just a great place to do business.
