The crew worked efficiently without cutting corners—the new shingles look fantastic, and they reinforced some areas I didn’t even realize needed attention. From our initial contact with Taylor from Restoration, we knew this company was different. They care about their customers and about the neighborhood. They fully explained everything that needed to be done to our roof and why. They also explained why their materials are superior to other companies and demonstrated why. They also handled the communications with the insurance company and made the customers part of the process so easy. I would not hesitate to recommend them fully to anyone who needs a new roof. Their work is exemplary, their employees are courteous and make sure the job site is impeccable before they leave. Interestingly, we had two of the biggest storms in Arizona this summer right after our roof was finished. A true testament to the workmanship, not one issue occurred because of the torrential rains and winds. It looks beautiful, even our neighbors have commented on it, and we rest easy knowing We have a top-notch roof and a top-notch warranty protecting us.

I can not say enough about how this company works. Taylor and Grant was hands on during the entire process. Taylor help walk us all the way through the home insurance process and even came out and walked the roof with our adjuster to make sure they did not miss a thing. Grant came out explained the entire process and informed us about all the products they use and why they use them. Grant and Taylor set up the removal of our solor panels and kept me in contact with that contractor. The roofing crew got here at 5am and finished by 3pm. They laid down tarps all around the house so not to get to many staples and nails in our yard. Taylor came by thst morning to check on evrrything while thd work was being done. Taylor also came out and did a final clean up walk through and provided us with pictures of the roof after it was done. We highly recomend this company to anyone looking for quality work.
