I am a social director for a country club, and I've booked numerous large group cruises (day trips) with Yacht StarShip over the past few years. Every single one has been a fantastic experience. Our members always rave about the food, service, and beautiful views, and the staff is consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They’re also incredibly responsive and helpful when it comes to coordinating group reservations and handling any special requests. It’s always a pleasure working with their team, and I can’t recommend Yacht StarShip highly enough for anyone planning a group outing or special event. Our guests love it every time!

If you're from out of town the free trolley stops right in front so you don't have to drive and park if you get a hotel nearby. I did the brunch cruise so checking starts at around 11:30AM, and boarding is around 12PM. The boarding process was a little chaotic since there were people who did not want pictures but had to wait until groups who did want pictures were finished to pass to get on the ship. You can eat and drink as soon as you board. Zadia took care of us and was wonderful, and so were the bartenders and the rest of the crew. Didn't go to party, but the DJ seemed fine. I ate and drank for 2 hours so it was worth the money.

This was an amazing experience! The yacht was very nice and well kept. The staff was always there providing drinks and food. The orderves, dinner and desert were all very good! Sunset on the water was exquisite!

This was our first yacht dinner cruise so we didn't know what to expect. After boarding and being seated our server "B" greeted us quickly. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. This was an inclusive event with a buffet and drinks included. There was a DJ on the top deck with plenty of room to dance, and still see views of the shoreline and beautiful homes. The weather was great with clear skies perfect for picture taking. Overall this was great event and I plan to do this again. They have different theme type cruises you can select. We will be back!

Great dinner with a selection for everyone and the service was outstanding! When you board at 5, you can start eating immediately leaving you the full 2 hours from sail time to enjoy the open bar and dj. My group of 4 upgraded to a window seat for $25.

I want to rate this experience as a 5-star and thank you Alex S. for making it that way (scroll to the bottom for full review). The food was very good and cooked to perfection! The salmon was soft and well seasoned. The views and tour had us speechless, I want to return the music and dance floor were cool. Everyone gravitated to the top deck which was a good time. The only complaint I had was our server. A server is typically the 1st impression of any place you dine. Our server was short with us and borderline rude. She set a stressful tone for my family when this was our very first visit. We were also here celebrating my son's graduation and not once did she ever congratulate him or engage with the graduates. She ignored my youngest son after arguing about the information I read in my email when I asked for clarification. Her name was Claire and she took her mandatory tip and avoided us the rest of the evening which means someone else (Alex) catered to us the rest of the evening. Claire did not make any of our drinks or pack up to-go desserts for my family. She spent most of her time on the 2nd floor with her friend Rebecca instead of taking care of her guests. She was unprofessional and we hope that if others experienced this behavior they would speak up. Servers should not make the guests feel uncomfortable, especially during a 1st visit and I feel sorry for her co-workers who have to pick up her responsibilities because of her attitude issues. First time on the ship and it was a wonderful experience. I It did a great job servicing as the boat was an incredible shape. The food was also excellent and we enjoyed it very much. Beautiful views along the river side for the evening. We'll definitely go back again.
