I was so sad when a branch fell from a tree and smashed my rear window to smithereens during a thunderstorm! Luckily my husband contacted Mikes Auto Glass and they said to bring the car down that day. Claudio told my husband they would order the glass and fix it the very next day. I figured there would be some snafu and I would be without my car for a few days. But much to my surprise they had the car ready for me the next day. And the price was very reasonable and Shaina and the man who checked me out (I didn’t catch his name) were so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the great service which is hard to come by these days! I hope to have the opportunity to recommend Mike’s soon and often in the future. Thanks a million!

Got my Tesla Model 3 window replaced at Mike’s and they did an amazing job! From start to finish, they kept me updated, working directly with my insurance, notifying me when the glass arrived, and helping schedule everything seamlessly. Like many drivers, we are all subject to rocks hitting our windshield. Some just nick the glass and others crack the glass! Unfortunately, my windshield was cracked. With all of the technology built into windshields, I wanted to find someone who had experience replacing a Mercedes windshield. After asking around and looking at reviews, I decided to have my GLC 300 windshield replaced by Mike’s Auto Glass. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by two wonderful people, who were very personable and friendly. The assigned technician came out and walked around the vehicle and he explained the process. The technician was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to a quality service. After about two hours, my GLC was ready and it looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Mike’s Auto Glass for any glass repair.

I had a fantastic experience here. We got a nasty rock chip (turned large crack) in the windshield of our Porsche GT4. From the moment we reached out, their communication was prompt and professional. They took care of everything with my insurance (including getting OEM glass), which made the process completely stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in two hours. What really impressed me was that they had a dedicated office setup I could use while I waited—perfect for staying productive during the repair. I called Mike's for a quote, Shana was so polite and professional, I looked no further! She ordered my glass and called back the next day to schedule the installation. The install was on both rear doors of a van that I bought with make shift plastic windows cobbled in by a previous owner! Erik arrived on time and went above and beyond to make it right.
