Shout out to Elite Fence for their excellent work replacing my fence and 2 gates! Communication was wonderful, they were on time and pleasant to work with! Elite Fence was an absolute lifesaver for me! After struggling with neighbor kids climbing over my chain link fence and throwing garbage in my yard almost daily, I decided to invest in securing some privacy! Rick and Robert came out in a matter of days to deliver an estimate. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. They took the time to really understand my goal and listed multiple options to achieve it. They never tried to push me in a direction to generate more profit- they simply wanted what was best for me! Was so happy with Bryant and his crew. They were knowledgeable, fast, neat, thoughtful, accommodating all my questions without one eye roll, and making changes wherever my preference was different than than another person might choose. He even went above and beyond, after understanding what I preferred and my obsession with levelness, and made adjustments to perfection! I truly believe the product is superior to other manufacturers as well as the hardware, but the expertise of the salesman was extensive. I wish I could provide his name, too. Glad they had him training someone so the company continues to benefit from his knowledge. He knew why the previous fence failed, saw that they put the braces on backwards and how my neighbors hinges were not going to last. I learned so much and let my neighbor know that they need to make a change or two so their gates don't sag or fall off, and I gave them the company name. The price is a bit more, but it is because the use a much heavier vinyl, which is what you need in Florida. Buy a cheap vinyl and after one hurricane, you'll be buying a 2nd one. (Don't be the little pig that builds the straw house. Buy better materials and it lasts longer!) PS: It really improves the curb appeal of the house with a great, level fence! So happy!
