Michael is the best delivery driver ever!! I do a lot of business with Southport! I talk to Jordan on a daily basis! I don’t know what I would do without him and Michael! Jordan makes sure I’m getting the right parts quoted and ordered and Michael makes sure I get them before I even need them! Thank y’all for all y’all do for us!!

I drop off my truck on June 26. I bring in the truck for PM service, DEF issues. And others things that they fix under warranty good... today I pickup my truck and after driving 50 miles the code pop up and I was far from there already and also after 5pm.. soo idk how they can spend 15 days with the truck and their tech doesn't fix it...

Michael my delivery driver is the best! Always in a pleasant mood very easy to talk to and does a great job! Plus he is a Eagles fan like me! Keep up the great work my man! Go Eagles!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! My truck is 1 year old low miles and went in for a minor warranty repair. Left with new issues and missing lug nut covers????? 6 of them?? They say coincidence???? Really???? Maybe 1 falls off but 6 all on the same wheel of a new truck?? This is by far my worst experience ever at a repair facility. They tell you they will keep you informed.....its bs. Zero communications while they had my truck. I called and never received a call back. Now 3 days unable to work and need to find someone else to fix my truck. Wish I could give you 0 stars

Called into the parts department, salesman excessively rude. Sent the wrong parts, and then when I tryed to call in to sort it out he said their was nothing he could do about, said they can’t give out part numbers, and all I was trying to do was verify that they sent me the correct parts… what a terrible way to treat your customers…
