Please do not use this company! My husband and I signed a contract with dynasty for a new roof and siding job. The project took over a year to complete with lack of communication and material issues. Due to this fact, the company had to pull another permit to perform the work on the job which held up the process even longer. Dynasty was not aware of this and sent a crew out to work on the house and they were unable to complete the work and had to reattach the old siding. Also, dynasty dropped off the materials and they set in our front yard for over 3 months before the work started. I reached out to dynasty multiple times using email and phone. Unfortunately, my point of contact for each project left the company within a few months of us working together. In addition, the crew would be scheduled to come and work and they would not show up. I would not suggest spending your hard earn money with this company. Once our project came to a close, we tried to work with the company for a discount. Due to all the issues that we received during the process. The only way the company was willing to discount our job is if we waived our warranty. Update: We actually didn't receive a discount on our roof job. I would be more then happy to provide the receipt. Please rereview the file and you will see we never stated we were happy with the process at any point.

When Dynasty approached me about getting a new roof and insurance will pay for it I was all for it. Really, insurance wouldn't renew my policy, was about to drop me because my roof is 22yo. Dynasty seemed like life savers. Insurance will put a new roof on for free. And they did, within a month I had a new roof, almost perfect quality and made it an insurance claim even though it was a 22 yo roof. Then my insurance dropped me, then the news is covering how Florida has 87% of nationwide roof claims. So I have a new roof but, at what cost? Yes I got a new roof even though it wasn't caused by storm damage but at what cost? My insurance is now triple and insurance companies are leaving Florida. This is an insurance scam. Yes you'll get a free new roof but, at what cost... at what cost...?

Dynasty acted quickly when we needed tarps on our roof. They came out and did a better job than the previous company the insurers sent. Very satisfied with their work

I had a great experience with Dynasty Building solutions. This group was awesome from the point of working with salesman and the office staff and The installers worked very hard and got our roof done in one day! In addition, they help us out with an additional discount. I would highly recommend Dynasty building solutions to anyone. They’re very professional company.

Update 5/15… the unethical business operations continue and I have not received any reimbursement. It’s public information that they sold their building for $3.1 million this month. Update 4/27….the lies and unethical behaviors of this company continue. The broken promises of refunding my money continue and I have emails going back to February 2025, stating a refund would arrive. Please stay away from this company and find one that is honest, ethical and does not lie! The review is for situational awareness for anyone looking to engage with Dynasty Building Solutions. I have endured continuous mental pain and suffering, due to all the lies and unethical work from Dynasty Building Solutions. At the end of this post, my goal is to provide guidance to anyone to avoid doing any business with Dynasty Building Solutions. In January 2025, we signed a legal and binding contract for Dynasty Building Solutions to refund my money, due to poor quality of work and continuous failed promises. They agreed to refund my money in 45 days, but they failed to meet this legal obligation. Since the signing of the contract in January 2025, Dynasty Building Solutions replied only 4 times to emails and each time, asked for more time, since they did not have the money to send to me. As a result, I have hired a lawyer and will be taking legal action. I do not like posting negative comments, but Dynasty Building Solutions breached their legal and binding contract. They will be held accountable in the court of law. In conclusion, I recommend to anyone having issues with Dynasty Building solutions to file a complaint with DBPR. This is the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Read the reviews and notice the trend. When you have multiple people saying the same things over and over, there's an issue. Patti is the only person, in my opinion, at this company who does what they say but her hands are tied by the people around her. I feel bad for her. Here’s my history with Dynasty: 3/5/25 appointment with Braden 3/13/25 check status - report finished, awaiting approval from Victor 4/3/25 check status - waiting on approval still 4/28/25 check status – NO RESPONSE 5/2/25 check status - Braden states he is no longer with the company 5/2/25 email to Shrijil - NO RESPONSE 5/10/25 email through company website - NO RESPONSE 5/10/25 email to Shrijil again - NO RESPONSE 5/13/25 call to Dynasty office - spoke with Nicole who advised she will bring up in the morning meeting. She sees Patti pulled it and sent it to Victor. Nicole advised she will call back that afternoon. NO RETURN CALL. 5/16/25 call to Dynasty Office - spoke with Shrijil who stated everything was a "big mess lately" due to Jackie, Hoss and Braden quitting. There is a task in their system for Victor, the owner, in the system for completion of the report over the weekend and he will have the work order Monday 5/19 for roof repairs and interior repairs after water testing. States someone, either himself, Patti or Nicole, will call me Monday. He even told me about how he keeps notebook of notes too because he doesn't trust the system. NO RETURN CALL AGAIN ON MONDAY AS PROMISED 5/22/25 call to Dynasty office - spoke with Shannon and advised we received no call back as promised. She stated she would see about having a supervisor reach out this morning and try to get this escalated for us - interesting to note - this call was being recorded without any notice to the incoming caller which is not legal. Again, NO RETURN CALL AS PROMISED. 5/27/25 call to Dynasty office - spoke to Patti - she was unaware someone at their office was making promises with her name, but she will look into this for us. Patti will get with Victor who has the file and get back with me. 5/28/25 Patti called back - FIRST TIME ANYONE HAS ACTUALLY done what they say! She will bring up our file at Thursday's meeting. 6/4/25 Patti called again to say an estimate would be sent on 6/6 6/6/25 NO ESTIMATE OR COMMUNICATION RECEIVED 6/9/25 Received a call from Victor (via Patti) to tell us all the reasons this wouldn't be covered under warranty but Victor wanted to come back out and re-look at everything since it had been 3 months, do a new report and it will be a $250 charge for the report. We paid giving Victor the benefit of the doubt that perhaps he just had a rough period with his employees, was getting things back on track etc. (Somewhere in here it came out Nicole is no longer with the company either as of the end of May). 6/17/25 onsite visit with Victor, Travis and Andreas. Before they left, we asked Victor what date he would have the report and estimate to us. He said Tuesday, 6/24/25. His date - he chose it. There was an opportunity here to under promise and over deliver but instead … we got more over promise and under deliver. 6/25/25 call to Dynasty office - left a voicemail requesting status - NO RESPONSE 6/27/25 call to Dynasty office - spoke with Jackie who sounds like an answering service and had no idea who Victor is or how to spell his name. Recorded call again with no notification to caller which is not legal. 6/27/25 call to Dynasty office spoke to Shrijil who placed me on a hold to maybe hit a recording button that says call will be monitored or recorded (good for them .. they finally got it!). Shrijil says the report isn't done, Victor has been busy but they have a meeting in 15 minutes, and he will bring it up in the meeting and he/someone will call me back today. This may come as a shock but NO RETURN CALL again. We waited another 6 days for a response after this before we requested a chargeback due to a failure to receive what we paid for with our bank and decided to cut our losses with the 4 months of wasted time with this company.

Dynasty Building Solutions was great! They came out promptly to examine our 14 yr old roof and gave us several options to choose from. We ended up going with a full replacement roof and couldn’t be happier. Our project manager, Ty Jones kept us in the fold every step of the way and made sure things were done correctly and on time. Highly recommend Dynasty for any of your roofing needs!
