From the first call to the final installation, their team (Edward & Miguel) were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement unit ready, and installed it the same day — all with top-notch workmanship and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed, quality, and great customer service like this. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work — especially if you want it done right and fast!

Edward Tatum helped to install my new water heater 2 years ago and I was thrilled to hear he was coming back out to help when my washing machine drain line was having trouble draining properly. This man worked tirelessly to help clear a soft clog that was difficult to clean out. He carefully considered the options with his manager to provide the best service while keeping in mind that my pipes are old and did not want to cause any damage. After only an hour, the problem had been resolved and the price for the service was fair. Thank you to Cool Blew and Edward especially for helping us out in a busy and stressful season. Made things a little less stressful!

Had a catastrophic water issue with an internal pipe. Cool blew lined up all restoration issues. The plumbing was rerouted and fixed. All the plumbing guys are experienced, have communication skills and do an absolutely thorough job. I've used this company for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. And, they respond quickly and have genuine concerns for your problem.

Hot water heater installed. Edward Tatum was tech. Very polite and courteous. Knew what he was doing and worked efficiently. Kept me informed as job progressed. Made sure to answer my questions. Will definitely use Cool Blew again and ask for Edward if I have plumbing issues.

Called for service early today. Leaky toilet.Edvard Tatum arrived as scheduled. Very professional and replaced fill valve and flapper. Also checked other toilets. I have always used Cool Blew for all my HVAC, plumbing. Extremely reliable and trustworthy. Outstanding customer service!!!

We’ve had Cool Blew sent out twice now for AC issues through our home warranty company, and both experiences have been excellent.
