Ghost Controls

Love the Ghost Controls Gate opener. I did have to call tech support to program the closing. And I lost one of the special bolts. But Ghost Customer Service is the best service I’ve ever experienced. They sent more bolts at no charge and were always available and pleasant. I spent a lot of $ on the battery (Duracell group 27 $350). I’m glad I did bc it comes with special posts for the connections and the gate is very heavy. Also the 30 watt solar has impressed me. We’ve used it quite a bit and the app shows it hasn’t dipped below 13.8 volts and it keeps the battery at almost 14 volts. The directions weren’t great. They could’ve been much more specific with better pictures and the videos didn’t really help much. But I eventually figured it out. Overall I’m extremely happy and impressed with the system after 4 days. I’ll be adding another gate with a Ghost opener to the front driveway.

Had some warranty challenges on an operator arm, Which Brian handled so kindly and efficiently. Have installed 30 some Ghost operators, first one to have an issue. Installed many Mighty Mule, and Liftmaster operators, but Ghost has surpassed them all. I credit a lot of the success to the great tech services at Ghost, all have been very knowledgeable, but Brian certainly raised to bar today!

I installed ghost control gate openers on set of dual gates built. Very happy with them. Easy to install withdetailed instructions to set up control box. Worked perfect for6 or 8 years. & when 1 motor went bad brandee in customer service replaced it under warranty. I really appreciate the customer service & the quality of the product

I researched gate controllers and found Ghost Controls to be highly rated. I made a purchase of a single gate controller and did the compete install myself. Once the install was complete, I was so happy with it, I ordered several accessories. I installed all of them and I am extremely pleased. I initially had an issue with the gate closing and then opening about three feet and stopping. I contacted customer service and they walked me through the issue and solved my problem within minutes. Very pleased with them.

All of a sudden our ghost control gate opener stopped working. I contacted support and talked to Doritha, who is amazing! She was very knowledgeable and guided me through the whole troubleshooting process! Once she figured out what the problem was, she immediately remedied it with the warranty parts! Thank you!!

My husband Jeff and I are so impressed with the customer service, quality, and speed of this company! Our Ghost gate stopped working, and my husband called and left a voicemail for them on a Saturday. A few hours later, the technician called him back! On a Saturday! When it was discovered that we would need some replacement parts, we were elated to know they were still covered by the warranty. The parts were shipped out and arrived so quickly, it was hard to believe we were dealing with a company in 2025 - customer service of this caliber is all but extinct nowadays! We want to thank Sam, Doritha, and Chase from the Ghost Controls team for being such an awesome part of our experience! Would recommend this company to anyone!!

My experience with the sales department from start to finish was exceptional. I ordered a single swing gate opener on 1/15/2024 and every accessory that is currently offered. I spoke with a guy named Ben and he helped me determine what I required. He took and placed my order via the phone and the whole experience to date has been seamless. Thank you Ben and thank you Ghost Controls Update on 3/2/2024 I had a technical issue and called Ghost controls. Once again they achieved well above any expectation I could imagine. Fantastic customer service and the quality of their product to date is worth every penny we have spent! The amount of time savings due to not having to get in and out of a vehicle to open, close, and lock our gate has already computed to money in the bank.
