This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and maintenance is kept up on all the machines. There is an "adventure zone" that includes a trampoline area and obstacle course. The food is pretty standard; pizza, wings, a decent all you can eat salad bar.

Everything was Awesome. Anytime my 7 and 8-year-olds are happy with no complaints. This mother is happy. The young man named Au'Tavious was very friendly, professional, and polite. I definitely appreciate his hospitality.

We had a great time for my son's 3rd Birthday party. Myla(I'm not sure how it was spelled) was so great helping out with the party and making sure we had everything we needed. She had the pizzas and desserts out exactly when she said it would be. It was overall a great time and everyone seemed to enjoy their time there.

Took my grandsons for some fun and pizza! We really enjoyed the games but, it was a couple that were out of service. Tried to get a sketch picture, we took our picture but it didn't print. We were there for 3 hours and only saw Chuck E. 1 time, wish we could have seen him more.

Awesome staff. The Tallahassee location has greatly improved inside. Small trampoline area, little obstacle course, nice games. My grandkids age 11 thru 3 all enjoyed themselves.

First time at this location and first time we had a birthday party there. Won't be going back! When we arrived the table was taken over by another party and they used our supplies. Had to wait for someone to get more items so we couldn't even start the party at the time we booked. We paid for a party attendant but we had to share ours with another similar family. But the other two different families got their individual attendants. We actually barely saw the attendant. We did not receive everything we paid for in the package. I will be contacting corporate about this experience. There was no cotton candy that we paid for. Honestly the location is in a terrible area too. They were in the news recently for a worker that stole card information. Be aware at this location and pay attention if you received everything you paid for.

Summer 2025 : they have a small trampoline "zone" for younger kids in under a certain height. Maybe around 4 kids could jump at the same time. It is located in the right corner in the shape of an L, and just 3 small squares of trampolines. You need to purchase their socks to jump, $11 per child. My 5 year old loved it, but my older son was bored quickly. I would suggest Urban Air if you are looking for a fun trampoline experience for your kids 5 and over. My 5 year old loved the many games to play, which did not require many coins but also didnt last long. It would be fun for kids under 5. We had fun, but our kids prefer Urban Air for its large trampolines and playground area.
