When we started our business in 2019, we had no idea how we would be able to finance the endeavor. We had sufficient funds in our IRAs and 401k but not enough in our savings to pull it off. That's when we found Tenet Financial. They have the experience and knowledge base to help you attain your dream of a self-owned business. They walked us through the process, providing the necessary forms and documents that the IRS requires of a qualified account-funded business. It's not easy, and it would have been impossible without Tenet's help. Over the years we've worked with a couple of account managers. I have no reason to think all their reps are not top-notch, but I will tell you that you will be lucky if you get Jen Preston or Courtney Varone as your "guides". They have been incredibly helpful and professional, as well as super friendly as they shepherded us through the maze of IRS paperwork and regulation. We are grateful to those two, and Tenet in general, for helping us with the opportunity to own and run our own business.

Super easy to work with! Steve B. was very knowledgeable and helped walk me through each of the products Tenet Financial offers and helped me pick the loan that made the most sense for my business. They did well for a while. Unfortunately, even though they knew what type of loan we were applying for and were the ones to recommend this type of loan (a new business loan) they did not inform us that a pre-existing llc could not be used. This caused us hundreds of dollars more to re file everything as a new business and lost us 3 weeks of time, possibly causing us to not be able to close on our loan in time. When I reached out to them about this and another issue, they responded about the other issue which was our fault, but I received no response to the new business filing and fees associated with it. I asked to be compensated for the extra fees we incurred from them not understanding the loan we were applying for.

Tenet Financial Group is without a doubt the best at what they do. The organization and professionalism in this organization is un-parelled. I recommend Tenet to anyone looking to do a ROBS transaction as they are the masters of their craft.
