Mathew came out to inspect a new property we were buying. Mathew was Very thorough, and offered a few suggestions and questions to ask for concessions for repairs. Also Matthew examined the sales agreement and identified some items marked as "Paid for by buyer" when it should be paid by the seller. I was able to recover $7000 real dollars by negotiating the sales agreement. Great work by Mathew.

RSH Engineering inspected our current home nearly 20 years ago (while under construction). They found numerous structural deficiencies that were corrected. In all the time since then, there has been only one minor nail pop in the sheet rock. RSH Engineering recently (9/2025) inspected a home we were considering buying. They found over $100k in potential repairs were needed. With this knowledge, we cancelled our purchase. RSH saved us from a potential money pit.
