Had our system tuned up for the winter and it’s never worked better. Technician was on time, respectful of our space, and explained everything clearly. Pricing was reasonable and fair.
Excellent service ✨️ . I needed service quickly a/c was not working well and I got an appointment pretty quick Gus was here at the scheduled time. That means alot. He Got to work right away to figure out what the issue was. Explained what was going on and cleaned unit for now to give me some time until I get an estimate to have the unit replaced. Gary came out twice, once for my heater and today for my a/c and every time he has been very nice and professional! He does an excellent job at telling you what exactly he is doing and very honest with what is working and not working. His prices are very fair and reasonable. He has also been very easy to contact and arrives as soon as he can get to you, which is never a long wait. My unit is about 20 years old and he has been able to fix it with no problem. He definitely has earned my trust and I will be keeping his number for any future needs! I would highly recommend his services!
Contacted Riley’s A/C on a Friday night around 9 PM and asked if they could come out Saturday. They responded quickly Friday night and advised he could come out Saturday morning. My house was cooling by 11 am Saturday morning! Definitely recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are in a bind! Thanks again!!
My husband and I are very pleased with the service and pricing for the repair of our AC unit. We had been told over a year ago that the unit needed to be replaced and were quoted a ridiculous price. We purchased two window units to get us by. Then we heard about Riley's. He repaired our current system at a reasonable price. Thank you Gary!
