Service First Air Conditioning

I had a leak in my AC system late Friday night. Turned in a service request on their website with a request for service Saturday morning. The dispatcher called me early Saturday and set up an appointment for that morning. Jack arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, fixed everything, and took the time to explain everything. Awesome customer service and reasonable prices. No pressure to upsell or fix more than what is needed. I will absolutely call them back next time I need AC service! Highly recommended! FIVE STARS!

Today, hour AC shut down, that included the compressor, furnace, fan. Nothing worked. We checked all of the breakers both inside and outside the house and the main switch. Nothing was flipped. We had had a incident in the past similar to this which turned out to be the float in the catch water basin below the AC unit in the Attic filling up with too much water and shutting the system down. I called Service First and explained the situation and asked if I could get a call back from a technician. The young lady on the phone took my request and said no problem we will get a technician to call you back in a few minutes. Junior, from Service First AC called me back to see what was going on. I explained the situation and we took a look by exchanging photographs as to what was going on with the system and float. He guided me on what to do. The system resumed functioning without a problem. No charge. This is a continuation of the great service we have gotten in the past. Junior called me from his home for this situation and I could hear his kids giggling in the background. Pretty cool. I made sure his call was worth his time.

Kevin Edwards & crew spent the day replacing our old HVAC with a new high efficiency system. They were very professional, courteous, reliable and took the time to explain the workings our 3-zone system in full. We are now able to set any and all of the 3 thermostats remotely, which we couldn't do with our old heating & cooling system. We highly recommend Service First for anyone needing air conditioning & heating. Thanks for hiring such competent technicians like Kevin.

Spent alot of time with Kevin today. Knowing it was time to replace our unit he took time to explain various options that would be best for our safety, efficiency and even financial needs. He obviously has lots of experience and knowledge about this profession. We are pleased and recommend him and his company for prompt responses and for taking care of our family's heating and air conditioning needs.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph who pointed out various issues with a previous AC installation and attic insulation that was never installed! He went out of his way explaining what was needed, was patient, knowledgeable and empathetic for the crap install we had previously. Within a couple of days I had a new insulation, attic fans and a brand new AC system that made all the difference in the world. Great job Joseph!

Service First came out for an emergency situation we had on a Friday night. Kevin Edwards was the technician who followed through on the call and serviced our unit. However, he discovered some major issues with both our units, so we decided to have them both replaced. Kevin came back out on Monday with his team…Heber, Cercando, and Isaac, and did an amazing job replacing the entire units. They were prompt, hard-working, polite, and cleaned up promptly after themselves. I am completely satisfied with their work and with Service First, and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

Very happy with this company! I called later in the evening when our A/C suddenly stopped working, and they had someone out within the hour. Kevin was professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue — highly recommend!
